This group is for any woman who has ever dealt with weight issues. It does not matter what size you are. If weight has ever been an issue in your life--childhood chubbies, teenage angst, pregnancy weight gain, family&work demands leading to poor exercise and eating habits, or, you just hate exercise and love good food, this group is for you. If you are now either striving to regain balance in your life through running and good nutrition, among other things, or working hard to maintain hard won running and nutrition goals, this group is for you. Here we can share stories, give advice, motivate each other and even spare a shoulder to lean on when you need it. Join up tell us a little about yourself and get started with a good run. And then tell us about it! Experienced runners/racers and newbies welcome.
