Wanna know about me? Not much to tell ya. Heh.. I am 43 years old who is married to a wonderful lady. I have two cutest girls on EARTH. Ive graduated with MA degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from NYU and BSW from Rochester Institute of Technology.
I like to maintain 30-35 miles per week as usual. I have no real desire to beat the clock. I like to go nice and slow! With shorter race, I like to race against the clock and gets around 8 to 9 minutes pace. With longer race, I like to maintain 9 to 10 minutes pace.
