Just a quick note to let you know last week in the Lounge, our topic was "Care and Feeding of your Feet". We had many Loungers submit posts on the topic that may be of interest to you as you "Injury and Recovery" as one of your "Connect With Me" categories. Hi Bill,

I see that you have "Nutrition & Hydration" listed as a topic you would like to learn more about/connect with others. In case you haven't had the chance to check in, last week in Lounge was "Gimme Food" week and we added new articles in the KNOW HOW section to both the "Nutrition & Hydration" as well as the "Recipes & Food" sections.
