Runner off and on (more off than on) since the late 80's. If you can call signing up for a race, running it and then not running again until the next race. But I have a nice collection of T-shirts. In 2005, I decided to do Chicago and I ran the Air Force marathon as a practice race three weeks before. No training, big mistake. But I finished both. I trained 2 days a week with TNT for Alaska last year (08) and ran under 5. It was a better experience.

Indy mini - goal - 2:10 - actual 2:04 Woo hoo
I want to start running 3 days a week with a couple of days for weight/core training. After Indy I will be looking for a routine and motivation. I want to run under 4 hours and in my wildest dreams knock out a 3:30 and qualify for Boston.
