New to running, started in Jan. '08 mainly as part of a weight lose program. Former smoker, I've been on many diets before and been to all kinds of gyms before. Schedules change different work and personnal situations change and routines go out the window. Running is something I can do by myself on my schedule( early morning or late evening)
Like would like to work with a coach so I can learn more about the right training programs to follow . I would like to get to the point of being able to be run in 5K and possibly 10K races
