A co-worker dragged me running 10 years ago through the hills of Pittsburgh - I never thought I'd actually like it. I've run on & off since then, but since the birth of my children, I found that there's no better way to put them to sleep than pushing them along on a jogging stroller. They sleep better the faster I go =) I've joined some local 5Ks, & just get smoked every time. So I'm testing the theory that I'm a tortoise - slow, steady, & will do better with longer distances.
I'm training for the 2008 Philadelphia Marathon - I'd love to connect with anyone else signed up for it!
